Advanced Engineering s.r.l.
We are an engineering company based in Milan, founded in 2004 by Prof. Eng. Paolo Oliaro. We specialize in the architectural, structural and plant design of interventions on different scales and in the civil, industrial and tertiary sectors. The projects are followed from the initial concept to implementation through the use of advanced instrumentation for study, design, monitoring and environmental qualification activities. Our mission is to design according to high quality standards, offering technically and economically adequate solutions to the specific needs of the customer and always aimed at optimizing the use of energy resources and environmental protection. We have been awarded with the “Next Energy Award” for the design of buildings with innovative systems and we have numerous projects and construction management of nZEB (Zero Energy Building) and Energy Active buildings that adopt environmentally advanced design criteria (CAM, LEED , ITACA). We are also specialized in the Environmental Acoustics sector and since 2017 we have been habitually designing in BIM.
CERTIFICATION
We are certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard in the EA34 and EA35 sectors. The purposes also include the verification of the design of the works for the purposes of validation and the provision of energy services. We have the qualification of ESCO certified according to the UNI CEI 11352:2014 standard.

- the upgrading of the trigeneration plant of the San Raffaele Hospital

- The Convention Center of Area Bagni, Acqui Terme
Between 2017 and 2020 we completed architectural, structural, energy and plant redevelopment projects for 15 school buildings.
